Project involve:-a) Construction of Bintulu Onshore Receiving Facilities (BORF) - 2008-2009b) Construction of Sunpower Manufacturing Plant - 2009-2010c) Construction of Sabah Oil & Gas Terminal (SOGT) - 2011-2013d) EPCC of Heat exchanger replacement unit in PPTJob Description:-- Assistance to tender department in bidding stage- Establish ITP & project specific procedure prior work execution based on ASME IX, 31.3, AWS D1.1, etc- Conduct & verify WQT to certify welder for each specific project- Establish Quality System for newly setup site quality department- Dealing with Client to produce good quality product- Monitor NDT activity to avoid backlog and meet Client requirement- Monitor PWHT activity- Produce welder performance to control unnecessary defect- Monitor QC related activity for steel structure erection- Monitor QC related activity for mechanical equipment installation- Test package preparation and hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, leak testing etc- Final documentation (MDR) handover to Client

- Establish Project Quality Plan- Monitor the process to achieve good quality product- Conduct joint inspection with client- Solve quality matter with related department
