As a multifaceted Director with expertise in both theatre and broadcast, I bring a unique blend of creativity and technical prowess to my work. With a strong background in production management and technical direction, I excel in fast-paced environments where no two days are ever the same.Currently, I split my time between two exciting ventures. At Baran Telecom, I serve as a Production Manager and Technical, Art, and TV Director, leveraging my skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Blender, Ableton, vMIX, and Blackmagic Design Switchers to deliver high-quality productions. Meanwhile, as the founder and supervisor of RUZMAN, a theater group I established in 2016, I've had the privilege of directing, designing, producing, and participating as a sound designer, light designer, and stage designer in five productions to date.As a seasoned team leader, I've honed my ability to tackle complex challenges and motivate others to do the same. In the theatre world, I'm committed to staying at the forefront of experimental theatre, constantly seeking new ways to push boundaries and tell compelling stories.At the heart of my approach is a deep appreciation for teamwork and collaboration.
