Managing four basic maintenance functions in the plant, the inspection, the planning, the scheduling, the lubrication and plant key performance indicators; here re the main responsibilities:1) Setting the section overall objectives and KPIs. 2) Setting the plant yearly major shutdown master plans based on the sales and production plan. 3) Setting the maintenance yearly budget with other maintenance parties’ cooperation (major operation, ongoing maintenance). 4) Leading the plant RCFA teams, plant performance meetings. 5) Managing a stuff of 51 persons distributed on four sections (inspection, planning, lubrication & Plant Performance key indicators Analysis). 6) Major shutdowns follow up meeting leader.

Leading the team of inspectors and setting the policies and guide lines for team members; coaching the people and enhance the inspection mentality in the plant; with following responsibilities: 1) Setting the section goals and objectives (short, medium and long term objectives) according the department and plant objectives.2) Ensure implementing the safety rules by section workforces and good understanding of the safety policy.3) Managing the section workforces through: improving personnel4) Performance, establishing stimulated working environment, ensuring stability of inspection output work and quality.5) Reviewing the issued work orders and specifying priorities.6) Keep in depth knowledge of equipment's condition and specifying their need for maintenance.7) Setting the inspection programs for plant equipment's and issuing work orders based on the inspection issuing results.8) Monitoring the equipment's parameters and condition indicators to specify the maintenance requirements.9) Updating the preventive maintenance programs.10) Updating the equipment manuals, specifications, sketches and historical files through the inspection results.11) Participating in analyzing and solving frequent and chronic problems for the equipment's.12) Improving the performance of the section.13) Recognizing good performing employees.14) Kiln shutdown Post Mortem committee member.15) Root Cause failure Analysis member.16) Member of the plant reliability committee teams.

Responsible on both first and second level mechanical inspection in the plant; creating the required PM master plans and follow the execution according to the following responsibilities:1) Maintain in depth knowledge of the condition of all plant equipment on a continuous basis.2) Issuing technical reports for the specific inspection of major equipment's.3) Carrying Advanced level of specific inspection for major equipment's.4) Ensure the planned inspection of all plant equipment and initiate work orders based on inspection results, including safety checks. In case of anomaly, performs first analysis and defines priorities for each action.5) Monitor and co-ordinate condition predictors, for all critical equipment.6) Follow-up and update preventive maintenance schedule.7) Validate and update equipment specification files and history sheets.8) Evaluate and improve the preventive maintenance job plans (from supplier’s recommendation if existing), create and update the corresponding inspection job plans, in coordination with the planners.9) Contribute to the analysis of failures and problems, recommending corrective actions.10) Propose economic ways to extend the life of plant equipment.11) Carrying kiln shell cold alignment and recommend corrections.12) Carrying shaft alignment for rotating machinery by both traditional and laser beam ways.13) Carrying kiln shell ovality test and reporting the results and specifying the kiln condition and corrections in case there is a problem.14) Participate in hot kiln shell alignment with foreign experts.15) Root Cause failure Analysis member.16) Member of the plant reliability committee teams.
