About Mohammad Shahrukh

Started working as a CNC Operator in 2009 and gained skills and expertise with the time and at present working on DMG 5 axis machines with controllers like Siemens 840D,810D and 828DWorking on projects for the machining of 5 axis components like Turbine blades from Power sectors, Defence Sector componntes,aero spase componntes and Automobile sector components. Having good knowledge of basic manual programming using Siemens 840D,810D and 828D controllers for DMG 5 axis machines like DMU 80MB and DMU60MB with Tool-Table type 5 axis machine with Rotary table and C axis type. and 4axis machines with rotary tabel.Knowlegde of probing application with manual programming for Siemens Controllers.Hands on experience on CMM machine of Carl Zeiss make for inspection.Setting work pieces and implementing ideas for how to create fixture so as how to reduce overall timing of machining and for better accuracy. and simple 3d modeling
