High level of coordination and co-operations with colleagues and positive output is my destined of working,.Inducted in GlaxoSmithKline as Management Trainee in 2003, where I have given exposure to Production, Quality Assurance, Warehousing, EHS, and Supply chain departments. Upon successful completion of assignment, GlaxoSmithKline offered position in production department, where I performed my duties in Sustained release dosage forms (Capsules ,Pallets Spansules) manufacturing, filling and packaging operation, played vital role in stock building process in order to close site. After site closure I have been transferred to another GSK baby site where I have been associated with Solid dosage forms (Tablet, Dry syrups, drops),again I have played a booming leaderships role in stock building process by managing day night shifts to close site. I was prominent member of the site technology transfer team from closing site to the New Site. Successfully installed, commissioned equipment at new site and their validation activities were performed well in time. Assigned new responsibility as Assistant Manager production responsible for running new facility of Consumer Health care and part of sterile operation, where for the first time in Pakistan I manufactured 3-New Brands which were initially imported from UK.During this tenure I have done different projects where I have been awarded 4 site awards in the category of innovation and improvements 5 work ERA awards in the category of urgency and customer focus.Currently I am associated with Logistics department as Manager Logistics, responsible for managing in-house planning material, and dispensaries for robust Production operation co-ordination with third parties, vendors and GlaxoSmithKline toll manufacturing sites.
