Established all the necessary infrastructure for the company's operations and consistently improved it.•Spearheaded the setup of essential infrastructure and core business prerequisites, defining over 40 processes in every function of the business.•Strategized agricultural product production and resource allocation, resulting in a production increase of over 25%.•Managed human resources to optimize team performance, leading to an increase in the team size by more than 120% (From 15 individual to more than 30 individual).•Oversaw production schedules and development timelines.•Contributed to sales and marketing efforts for the company's products.

We worked on a project to implement a dashboard for one of the greatest educational organization's processes.This project is defined based on the organization's processes to facilitate the work of clients. The project is based on process mining, and the whole team is divided into three main groups, our group is responsible for the algorithms and process mining methods.Some of my tasks:- Review and document what is process and process mining- Documenting the position of process mining in organizations- Review discovery, conformance checking, and enhancement algorithms and their implementation in ProM software.- Implementing the methods and algorithms
