Follow the leases of financial transactions, such as rents, sublease payments, renewals, taxes, and property expenses. Ensuring that billing and all other financial transactions are being taken care of in a timely manner and informing necessary personnel of any missing or late payments


Key objectives are as follows-

Receiving phone calls, email, enquiries, and requests, and handling them in appropriate and professional manner.
Maintains proper documentation and computer-based information.
Liaising with the staff in other departments and with external contacts.
Storing scanned copy of documents and computer-based information on property shared drive.

Deals with letters and emails from internal and external clients.
Preparing monthly vacancy report to line manager.
Create, renew, terminate, tenancy contract ( Tawtheeq) through online system.
Preparing offer subject to contract (Heads of Terms) to inquiring tenants/ clients.
Collecting relevant data/ information and documents of tenants and inquiring clients.
Collecting cheque payments (rent) from tenants.
Preparing cheques for deposit by filling up Cheque Deposit Form.
Processing registration of new tenant.
Sending renewal notices to the tenant prior to their lease expiry as per contract
Drafting of new lease contract & renewal agreement

• Conduct Introduction meetings with individual and perspective retail and commercial tenants and their appointed designers to explain procedures and the design criteria in detail.
• Support and maintain continuous contact with tenants and designers throughout the conceptual design phase until the final design approval is achieved.

• Support and maintain continuous contact with tenants and designers throughout the conceptual design phase until the final design approval is achieved.
• Facilitate and attend meetings and discussions with retailers and tenants to provide explanation of the design comments (when necessary).
• Documents design review approvals/rejections/comments.
• Facilitate and provide monthly status (or more frequent) reports on progress, process evaluation, and critical issues.
• Attend weekly on site meetings to perform snags, give general design advice and feedback on tenant construction progress and convey the findings and timely recommendations back to client in a report.
• Support tenants (where necessary) in finding and adequate fit-out contractor.
• Coordinate the submission of concept, MEP and technical documents.
• Work with MEP Engineers to approve/ review fit-outs appointed by client or tenant.
• Liaise with the Architect of Record/Engineer to solve technical Issues and be involved in any modifications to the tenants premises. (such as electrical, plumbing civil etc.) that could an impact on the retail or commercial design.
• Liaise with authorities and municipality to ensure frame work set for tenants to easily understand and obtain such approvals as required. Show less
