WORK EXPERIENCE:Worked as a Sr. Projects Operations Supervisor at Namma Cargo from June 2003 until 2012 for 9 years at Khobar office. Namma is an agent for DHL Danzas AIR & Ocean – Saudi Arabia.The responsibilities under all above projects are as follows-:Being DHL agent I have to follow –up all station worlds wide for sending and receiving inquires, arranging customs clearance for all import air shipment, ocean shipment and over land shipment. Once the break bulk shipments comes we have to go to the port and survey and arrange the special crane / trailer to take direct receiving the material from the port to our trailer. After the clearance we have to arrange the special road permit for transportation with the escorts. Upon receiving request arranging our crane to the consignee site for the offloading purpose as well.Checking with the shipper regularly the vessel status and updating the consignee accordingly, after receiving enquiry sending quotation to the client and strong follow up to get the business.
