a) Following up with the company concerned project manager by making sure that the team is checking the contract, and follow the specified scope in the best time and cost after making the proper work plan, and the value engineering while preparing the shop drawing, and assuring getting the drawings approved from the consultant to proceed.b) Following with the site staff for the materials submittal and especially the Long Lead Items to make sure providing the site with the required materials on time to make sure handing over the project on time.c) Coordinating between site and head office for the major requirements follow up, such as the follow up with the procurement department, accounting and the HR department.d) Visiting the company clients to discuss the ongoing projects and the under bedding projects.e) Following up and supporting the estimation department.f) Following with the site team for the progress invoices issuance and the variation orders approval and invoicing.g) Following up with company clients for the payments.
