The App for Electronic Services is a holding company in Qatar, and its subsidiary in Jordan specializes in developing mobile applications and electronic marketing.Responsibilities:1 - Manage the working capital to ensure that all resources are used properly.2 - Manage the cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and solvency and invest the excess cash.3 - Design, implement, and maintain systems of internal controls to provide appropriate levels of assurance that the company's resources are being used optimally.4 -Present to the CEO monthly analytical reports for the group (sales, purchasing, performance, financial ratios, cost structure analysis)5 - Prepare the yearly budget and cash Forecasting.6 - Perform monthly variance analysis, monitor KPIs, and report it to management.7 - Arrange with banks to obtain loans and bank facilities if needed.8 - Control the product cost (applications) by analyzing the cost structure elements.9 - Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements.10 - Prepare the visibility study for the proposed investments.11 - Support business decision makers by providing relevant financial and non-financial information accurately and in a timely manner.12 - Oversight and manage the group's accounting transactions and day-to-day operations (auditing entries, payments, reconciliations, petty cash, salaries, monthly and yearly closing).13 - Communicate with the external auditors to issue the audited financial statements and tax advisor to submit the tax declarations (sales tax and income tax).14 - Handle the implementation of the SAP system.
