Assistant Branch Manager
CurrentLead staff of 15 personnel by implementing training, engaging in proactive problem solving, andensuring sharia compliance.• Supervise staff in operations such as account management, cash management, customer service, financial operations, retail, personal, and other bank functions.• Monitor all balances and deposits to ensuring that all money in the bank is accounted for and theproper procedures are followed at all times.• Ensure the branch business and financial targets are met, improve branch performance and cross-sellratio.• Maintain and enhance operational standards and safeguard bank from any potential financial loss.• Improve branch efficiency and customer service, retain customers and increase branch profitability.• Focus on excellence in customer experience and ensure speedy service and problems resolution.• Authorized to approve financial transactions with assigned limits, together with appropriateexceptions and waivers.• Management of branch staff in both Retail and Cash area (Tellers) and improvise their productivity.• Motivate and coach a high performing team of Personal Banking Advisors in retail operations.• Establishing and achieving team sales’ objective in line with banks goals.• Coach team to increase skills and capabilities to maximize sales and referral opportunities.• Deliver results through sales management routines and campaigns.• Enable digital education and usage of alternate channels and problem resolution at first point ofcontact.• Support development of team through consistent coaching to bridge the gap if any and ensure highlevel of employee capability and engagement.• Build relationships and encourage collaboration across all roles.• Appraised based on key results delivered under branch: Compliance and Control, Sales Objectives,Service Standards and Problem Resolution, Staff Management, Development and Team Supervision,Request processing within TAT, Approvals and Recommendations and Zeroise Discrepancies.
