Worked as a Senior Associate in project "Women Advancement in Rural Development and Agriculture" funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation aiming at providing technical assistance to producer groups and facilitates producer group formation with the aim of empowering rural women and improving their livelihoods in collaboration with JEEViKA, BRLPS

I have worked as a business advisor for project "Access to Finance for Women Entrepreneurs in Bihar" funded by Goldman Sachs India to enhance their Livelihood of rural households and promote greater Gender equity through promotion of rural women entrepreneurship.

Project Title: Value Chain Assessment and Business Plan Development for Farmers Producer Companies in Bathinda, Punjab.Value Chain Assessment of major crops grown in villages of Farmer Producer Company (FPC), Bathinda and identifying appropriate Market linkage channels for viable businesses of FPC . Then further work for the development of Business Plan for FPC on the basis of value chain assessment and opportunity assessment of feasible business through market study.

Project Title:A study on Consumer Satisfaction towards Dairy product and creating brand awareness of Niryas through Sales Promotion Activities of Niryas dairy products in different parts of Delhi.Study on consumer survey regarding their preferences towards various dairy brand and know about their views and perception. Also carry out the sales promotion activity for the newly launched milk of Niryas brand in specific places of Delhi at the retail shops and to know about the consumer likeness and acceptance of Niryas milk and milk products. Then suggest to Organization what improvements can be done according the response of market i.e. both consumers and retailers and basis of the study done.

Project Title: Primary and Secondary research for Farmer Produce Organization(FPO) promotion in villages of Manoor and Raikode Mandal of Medak District,Telengana.Baseline survey of the farmers of villages of raikode and manoor mandal of medak district of Telengana. The main aim was to mobilize the farmers to join as members of FPO and the promotion of FPO in the feasible villages of the mandals and especially focus on mobilization of women farmers for making them involved in FPO planning and promotion in the village.
