Planning, directing and monitoring the Spare Parts department in the most suitable, effective and efficient way in order to meet the objectives set by management and customer satisfaction.-Manage a team of 18 employees in Retail, Wholesale, Service and Body and Paint department.-Responsible of a total Inventory Turnover of $13,400,000-Specify yearly Business Plan and Budget with the Management in parrallel with main Regional Suppliers.-Assures meeting all KPI’s in Sales (retail and wholesale), profit, fulfillment rate and inventory turnover.-Optimizes inventory control function and practices.-In charge of spare parts purchasing: ordering, re-ordering, and special orders (Nissan, Infiniti, GMC, Kawasaki, Renault Trucks)-Procures genuine accessories for all Nissan, Infiniti, GMC and Kawasaki.-Follows-up and approves on purchase orders, verifies purchased products and investigates discrepancies in stock and with suppliers.-Monitors all transactions from and to the spare parts stock.-Ensures the proper storage, handling and preservation of parts under controlled conditions.-Analyzes the need for new parts and quantities for new models to be launched.-Monitor receivables and Letters of Credits.-Expand dealer network-Induces Campaigns through Sales and Service team.-Coordinates with Marketing and Sales Department to assure the compliance of accessories sales with Car flow.-Setting the MBO for all Spare Parts staff and following up their Targets.-Minimizing L/C (landed cost) by opening bids for shipping companies and clearing agents.-Controls non-conforming products.-Evaluates spare parts suppliers and reports to management.-Ensures the good appearance of the spare parts facilities.
