Coordinating with site engineers and supervisors for collecting and distributing of materials for all sites.• Coordinating with site team for their materials required and arranging additional employers if required.• Preparing site wise daily reports submitting the same to the line Manager for the final review. • Attending urgent meeting and monthly meeting with line Manger, site engineers and supervisors to discuss about the technicians performance, pending works, new task or any additional works and etc.• Prepares PPM calendar (Planed preventive maintenance) for each AMC client coordinating with sites team for services.• Co-coordinating with site coordinator for employees uniform ad safety equipment’s.• Conduct check in / check out inspections and prepare the report accordingly.• Coordinating with PPM team and makes planning to reach our targets, preparing preventive maintenance plan of MEP works.• Oversee entire buildings snagging list & ensure that all the snags are attended, rectified & documented.• Prepare incidents reports.
