- Planning, Scheduling & Delivering of the Oil & Gas HSE courses - Deliver HSE training programs to employees, clients & contractors.- Obtain internationally recognized HSE personal & professional credentials for HSE courses - Develop & Conduct HSE Courses as per the agreed standards. - Ensure the Company’s ultimate goal is to achieve highest standards of training as per the local, National & International training standards. - Develop and update training materials and resources.- Meet with clients and understand their training requirements as per local & national training matrix- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps.- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.- Coordinate with the KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) to upgrade the training matrix materials & Resources.- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards in all training activities.- Stay updated on industry best practices and new HSE regulations.- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.- Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.- Participating in Risk Assessment and management.- Participating in Facilities inspections and Audits- Participating in developing an Emergency Response Plan.

No job is so urgent or so important that it is worth the risk of injury to any individual or damage to the environment.- Ensure the Company focuses primarily on identifying the hazards, assessing and controlling the risks to prevent accidents from happening; Rather than focusing on accident statistics.- Ensure using the Safe systems of work include both Safety Training and Occupational Health Standards; and that provides information and guidance on safety rules & regulations related to the work and purchase in a safe environment- Ensure a complete system for incident reporting, Documentation, Measurement and Investigation.- Participate with various parties to be up-to-date with the local, national and international standards.- Establish, Apply & monitor new Journey Management system, to ensue Driver's competency, safety of the trips and Road Hazard analysis. - Ensure the Employees Awareness, Training & Competency as per the Training matrix as per the local and national standards.

• Ensure that Procedures and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)and Records related to EMS (Environment Management System) ,are up to date and available on-the-job• Participate and/or write Procedure and/or SOPs related to EMS.• Participate in performing the EMS monitoring, and coordinate with third party for the EMS monitoring• Participate and/or perform EMS internal audits according to plan, and Following the Corrective actions and their implementation• Participate in the analysis of present and the future EMS action plans with the EMS Manager and QMS Director • Participate with the QMS (Quality Management System) Department to achieve company objectives.• Participate with the QMS Department in case of necessity to insure systematic application

• Reporting to the Manager and managing all aspects of functions required to enhance the business growth in the assigned area through effective business development.• Formulating functional and business plans for the achievement of organizational goals.• Conducting meetings to set up team objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of the operations.• Reporting to the Manager all the data gathered from the net or from the meeting with the principals related to the Investment areas• Analyzing the gathered data and writing reports related to the main objective, about the investment opportunities in every region especially in the domain of Environment and Free Trading area• Conducting field visits with the team of the UNDP around the country (in every region) to monitor and study the achievements made in investment areas • Participate in several meetings with the leading parties in the project to discuss the final report

• Write the HS Procedures and strategic report.• Leading, managing & monitoring the performance of the environment staff to ensure efficiency in business operations and meeting of revenue.• Studying the actual Status of the H&S in the company & analyzing the potential Risks.• Training company Staff how to stand against the potential risks and work hazards.• Preparing the Company to Gain the OHSAS 18001 Certificate• Helping to write the Environmental strategic report

• Developing the ISO System requirements in the Company activities.• Studying the actual status of the ISO System in the company & training the staff about the importance of implementing such system.• Studying the standings of the company from an Internal Audit perspective & training the staff about the importance of compliance

• Analyzing samples of oil and petrol and writing reports about their composition/substance.• Analyzing samples of rocks that contain organic materials & writing reports about them.• Comparing between the samples from oil and rocks
