• Overall responsible for usage and revenue from the Corporate CSR and Not-for-profit sector players in the state of Jharkahnd, interested in Education• Highlight the fitment and usage of the Company technologies in driving educational outcome at scale• Seeking out major (enterprise and not-for-profit) Jharkhand clients and forming working relationships with corporates and industries focused on investing in the education space• Strong focus on bringing mutually beneficial relationships with corporate supporters and raise funds towards the projects aimed at creating impact at scale• Support in continuously building and widening the leads pipeline among foundations and NFP.• To develop and write customer proposals, funding proposals, corporate applications/reports• Follow and support with clear and robust procedures to keep track of leads and opportunities using the company CRM system• Take responsibility for each sale lifecycle - from lead to opportunity through to closure and on-going customer account support• Scope and prioritize activities based on social impact and corporate funding• Design and drive product pilots - including design, solutioning, to gauge market interest. The pilots should also include an impact assessment built in the design• Monitor CSR/Corporate Responsibility issues in the media, and keep up to date with key trends and identification of suitable target areas for Company

The Quality Assurance Expert of ‘TEJASWINI PROJECT’ (a ''World Bank'' funded Project of Jharkhand Women Development Society, an autonomous body of Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. of Jharkhand) is a key expert and a part of the core team in each of the zones (3 Districts of Jharkhand state viz. Bokaro, Dhanbad & Jamtara) where the programme would be implemented and would need to take accountability for decisions and implementation at the field level ensuring quality delivery as per the compliances of World Bank, in constant coordination with the Programme Manager/DSWO/DRIU/SPIU for the respective zone.

Tasks assignedRESOURCE MOBILIZATION:• Network with Apex bodies (CII, FICCI, NASSCOM, ASSOCHAM), Ministry of Skill Development, Govt. Agencies (NSDC, NRLM, NULM, D.G of Labour & Employment, NCVT), & various Sector Skill Councils • Identify PSUs/Corporate (Corporate Social Responsibility) & Government agencies for Institutional fund raising/sponsorship• Grant proposal writing, participating in tenders, EOI and pre-bid meetings• Liaisoning with State Livelihood Missions, State Urban Development Authorities and State Industry Department for DDU-GKY, NULM & other state govt. projects on livelihood and skill development• Follow-up and reporting to Funding Agencies/Sponsors/Industry PartnersOPERATIONS:• Identifying regional partners to undertake program/training implementations• Assist in design and formulate the program/project supported by Corporate under CSR mandate and guidelines • To create and design implementation strategies and budgeting for executing sourced Govt. and CSR project as per the funding guidelines• To lead and supervise the project team across various regions for delivery within the timeline• To co-ordinated between H.O. and donor agencies • Timely evaluation of staff performance & identification of the training needs accordingly• To establish and expand business network across North Indian States like Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, U.P. Agencies/Department i.e. Ministry of Minority Affairs, Sate Minority Commission, Delhi Kalyan Samiti, Social Welfare Department, Chief Minister’s Office, DDA etc for various projects• Co-ordinate/guide partner organizations to ensure compliances of NIOS, CBSE & Department of Education (U.P., Delhi, Haryana, Bihar & Jharkhand) related to Primary and Upper primary schools• Support/Assist National coordinator in Capacity Building & Partnership Management• Identify new opportunities of funding from Corporate Sector in Delhi/NCR
