• Manage steady state accounts, work on production support tickets and enhancement requests. Help client with transition from implement to steady state.• Collaborate with engineering/dev teams and functional departments and incorporate user feedback into the systems and implement it at a timely and efficient speed. • Work with the support teams, evaluate performance metrics, oversee & perform user testing, UAT & Prod sanity testing and adjustments for bug fixes and enhancements.• Ensure adoption of the S2P modules for customers in steady state. Provide training/demo on regular basis for the released enhancements & ad-hoc request.• Conduct weekly, biweekly, MBR & QBR meetings to portray the health of the accounts and identify client needs, upsell opportunities and provide solutions for customer satisfaction & retention.• Document & store BRDs, customer requirements, business & technical process flow.• Identify recurring issues and work with the respective teams for RCA & resolve the issues in an effective and timely manner to fix bugs & gaps.
