Proteron Digital is a creative digital agency founded during the pandemic with the aim of helping businesses and companies develop a digital presence to make them sustainable in such a time of crisis. We work with small companies from Bangladesh, Singapore, and Australia struggling with the pandemic's restrictions and help them take their products to customers using digital platforms. Neoncha is an art and crafts selling e-commerce, working on building a community of young and experienced artists and creatives who can take their work to a customer base. It also aims to help creative design be more accessible to both customers and partners to encourage young budding creatives to design and find an alternate source of income continuously. Being an operation specialist at a startup requires versatility. Therefore my work revolves around all departments of the company, although I primarily work on the backend side of the website, helping keep it updated and running smoothly. My work involves:- Updating frontend and backend of the website- Adding new technology to the backend of the website - Onboarding artists and partners- Creating graphics for products- Managing products on the website- Creating Marketing plans - Customer Relationship Management

LeadNext: Ambassadors for a Global Future is a fellowship program from The Asia Foundation focused on global citizenship for the 21st century. The program's purpose is to contribute to the professional development of a vibrant network of future leaders aged 18-25 from across Asia and the United States, focusing on forming lasting professional relationships between the U.S. and Asia. The program supports the fellows' growth, impact, and capacity to address today's most significant challenges. The 2023 cohort will further their leadership development through collaborative, hands-on training, exposure to cutting-edge approaches and best practices in innovative leadership, and gain tools to tackle 21st-century challenges.

I was selected to be the Local Committee president for AIESEC in Dhaka North, a Local Chapter of AIESEC in Bangladesh. AIESEC in Dhaka North consists of six different university student bodies and runs its operations in all those universitiesMy work involved:- Leading the entire Local Chapter as the president of the Executive Board, providing over 150leadership experiences- Executing external youth development programs in six universities- Establishing external relations with corporates, NGOs, and INGOs- Building education campaigns on ways of implementing SDGs in our communities- Providing training on youth development to over 500 participants from different universities- Collaborating with other Local Chapters in executing cross-cultural exchange programs

I continued my journey in AIESEC in Bangladesh as the Local Committee Vice President for the Outgoing Global Exchanges and Marketing department. The team I was leading consisted of five sub-teams dealing with exchanges of AIESEC and their marketing. My job involved:- Leading a department of thirty individuals working on different levels of the hierarchy- Building relations with Local Chapters from all around the world and finding means to create more impact in our communities - Executing AIESEC's exchange program campaigns in six different universities in Dhaka- Organising and Facilitating seminars on SDGs and Cross-Cultural understanding - Delivering competency-developing spaces to the members of the Local Chapter

AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization, working collaboratively with students to provide leadership development through practical cross-cultural experiences. I worked as an Exchange Participant Manager for AIESEC in Bangladesh throughout the first year of my undergrad.My job involved:- Encouraging young students from reputed universities of Bangladesh to go on the cross-cultural exchanges that AIESEC provided- Making cold calls and sharing stories of previously accepted exchanged participants to potentially new participants- Working with other exchange participant managers in keeping track of each stage of the funnel for an exchange participant- Organize seminars and conferences to create awareness of SDGs, Cross-cultural understanding, and Gender equality

AIESEC United States focuses on providing a platform for youth leadership development, taking the vision of AIESEC International and transforming it into a reality in the United States. I was part of the Consulting team for the Marketing department as a content specialist during the Covid-19 pandemic.My work involved:- Providing weekly consultation to youth representatives from different states of the country- Creating product booklets and campaigns for a better understanding of covid protocols aligned with AIESEC exchange programs- Driving project ideation campaigns among the Local Chapters in the different states- Advocating for effective mental health and trauma management during the pandemic- Providing competency-developing spaces on effective communication, people management, crisis management, etc

Rekindle is a youth-run organization aiming to create leadership-developing platforms for children from underprivileged communities in Dhaka. Since its inception, Rekindle has been working with street schools from different parts of Dhaka to create a curriculum that provides quality education while helping nurture an entrepreneurial mindset among the students of these schools. Rekindle also worked on organizing food drives during the month of Ramadan, helping feed people in need during times of price hikes. My work involved :- Leading a core team of volunteers working in managing the execution of projects- Leading education programs in collaboration with street schools from different locations in Dhaka- Execution of Food Drives during the month of Ramadan- Finding ways of funding the partnered street schools with resources for quality education
