Fully responsible for all QA/QC SUPERVISOR Activities, instrumentation and electrical works. Preparation of method statements. ITPS, Handover packages were some of the responsibilities the project scope involved installation, testing, calibration and pre-commissioning of field instrument. Installation testing and pre-commissioning DCS, ESD systems relocation, testing and pre-commissioning of fire detection system, (UV / IR), vibration monitoring, RDS telemetry system and HF radio system. Excellent exposure to various systems like DCS, TLC, RTU fire and gas system ESD system turbine and compressor system etc. associated with refinery, gas process plant, petrochemical, production platform, fertilizer plants, oil and gas well heads.Various calibration installation and testing procedure safety rules and regulation as per international standards and instrumentation code e.g. API, ANSI, ISA, etc. QA/QC documentation like inspection and plant, method statement, report forms, completion dossier, and material approval statement etc. as per ISO commissioning application development and customer support services are in operational and calibrated condition, which will be utilized. Also responsible Specification, IFC, P&ID, ILD and other attachments prior to installation. Effectively Co-ordinates with other related disciplines.
