Mohammad has wide international expertise in Facilities Management, Sustainability Management, Renewable Energy, and Construction Management, as well as in MEP Utilities and Infrastructure Management. Moreover, he had a long pioneering path as a free-lance consultant, education lecturer, professional trainer, and public speaker mainly on LEED Green Building Certifications and Sustainability Management fields. He has officially represented the country of Lebanon in many regional and international platforms.Mohammad has a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the American University of Beirut (AUB). In his current position, as Director of Facilities at KAPSARC, Mohammad is leading a strategic senior team in handling Technical Operation and Maintenance, Construction Management, Utilities and Infrastructure, Community Housing Services, Event Management, Office Services, Contract and Finance Administration, as well as Quality and Performance Management on the entire KAPSARC Premises (include multiple world-class prestigious LEED Platinum Certified facilities).Previously, he headed many critical leading positions in the facilities industry featuring design and Implementation of Sustainable Utilities Infrastructure, Sustainability Education, Construction and Facilities Management, as well as Contract Administration roles.Mohammad is an active member of many professional international organizations, and served in various leading positions at local, regional and international levels.Main Specialties: - Facilities Management - Sustainability, Renewable Energy, and LEED Consultancy- Project Management & Contract Administration- Establishment of Organizations, and Change Management - Sustainability Education, Training, and Public Speaking - Energy Commissioning Authority
