Booking the appointments and provide information about the Doctors those the call or emails.•Respond to routine request for information from officials,employees,memberof the staff,the public and other individuals.•Responsible for both incoming and out going mails/deliveries coordinate with courier services .Performs routine operation(Photocopying,faxing,E-mails)•Taking the patients into Doctors cabins,medical, X-ray,scanning and labs or other departments.Taking patients X-rays .•Attending and direct selling to customers need.•Excellent in dispensing the prescribed medicines and explain the patients how to administer the medicine.•Exxellent in purchasing and storing the medicines & other products.•Entry all data base purchasing & sale item into computer.Daily check medical stocks.•Excellent in keeping the pharmacy clean & regularly checking expiry medicines.•Preparing the daily,weekly and monthly reports.•Responsible for lost & found items.
