Currently, I am involved in technology development, technology scouting, and deployment of nonmetallic materials for Oil & Gas applications. Develop and manage engineering standards, product specifications and vendor assessment. Provide technical support to capital projects (100MM+), solve operational challenges and troubleshoot field issues. Past activities include various aspects of product and application development (TRL 1-10) for polymer materials and fiber-reinforced composites. These activities involved idea generation, feasibility study, prototype development, testing & validation, qualification, field trial and finally product commercialization. I have also managed and coordinated many projects on processing and production of composite pipes. My experience further includes synthesis, characterization, analysis and testing of polymers and composites/nanocomposites. I have keen interest in the mechanical, chemical, thermal, fracture and morphological properties of polymers and composite materials.
