• Coordinating with all managers, planning work schedules and delegating duties and tasks to the subordinates.• Setting weekly/monthly targets for the team on the basis of allocated areas to each team member.• Briefing and debriefing of the team every day for the improvement in work efficiency.• Meeting with potential clients to generate revenue.• Review of all documented work done by the subordinates on daily basis.• Implementation of customer satisfaction certificate to be filled by each customer after the completion of every project resulting in quality services and improved sales.• Assisting in all company’s accounting and financial matters.• Ensuring all the tasks have been completed in time.• Assisting in different administrative and operational issues.• Report directly to the C.E.O.

• Handling all company’s accounting and financial matters.• Handling all legal matters and tax issues.• Assisting auditors in tax returns and liaison between auditors and C.E.O.• Handling Banking matters and ensuring proper maintenance of company accounts.• Coordinating with all managers, planning work schedules and delegating duties and tasks to the subordinates.• Handling of corporate funds for financial needs on daily and long term basis.• Ensuring Bank reconciliations and maintaining bank sheets, presenting reports to C.E.O.• Maintain accounts and ledgers of different parties mainly Receivables and Payables of the company.• Assisting in different administrative and operational issues.

• Handling Banking matters and maintaining accounts accordingly. • Coordinating with concerned managers, planning work schedules and assistance in handling of corporate funds for financial needs on daily basis.• Setting & achieving targets.• Carrying out Bank reconciliations and maintaining bank sheets, presenting reports to Director Finance.• Maintain accounts and ledgers of different parties.• Report directly to the Finance Director.

• Posting and preparation of all types of vouchers.• Bank Reconciliation.• Preparation & payment of Head Office Staff payroll.• Dealing with Banks.• Assisting Accounts Manager & Report to CFO.• Other assignments if any.
