My Experiences are as (A) an academic resource person for Mathematics in Rajasthan.(B) Contributed in writing process of several Teacher training modules at SIERT level. (C) Facilitated sessions in state level teacher training workshops organized by SSA.(D) Contributed to develop Key resource person (KRP's) and District level master trainers (MT's) in state level Workshops. (E) Contributed in District level teacher training programs organized by DIET's and SSA in many districts of Rajasthan.(F) Contributed in Editing and Publishing of Bimonthly Teacher Magazine (In Hindi) (G) Many Articles are published in different educational Journals,magazines and E-portals. (H) Coordinated large scale learners assessment program in Rajasthan.

Worked as Pedagogy and Curriculum Specialist for ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth. Here I was associated with School and Teacher Education Reform Programme, Rajasthan a flagship programme to strengthen the role of the SIERT in planning and implementing state level programmes of School and teacher development and enhancing its leadership role in taking forward the educational ideas of child-centered learning through setting up a ‘Unit for Teacher Education’ (UTE). I was based in SIERT, Udaipur as a member of UTE and contributed in Mathematics work related to syllabus and textbook development for Primary Level School Education and developing guidelines for the new BSTC syllabus and curriculum development. In the process did liaising coordinated with national and state level scholars and government functionaries. Also was responsible for final editing of syllabus and textbooks in consultation with senior level experts/chief advisor. Also contributed in perspective building workshops on conceptual understanding and innovative teaching methods in Mathematics teaching for personnel at DIET, Block and School level.
