My job responsibilities were:• Basic and detailed design/engineering works of water treatment units like filtration (media, cartridge & ultra), chemical dosing, NF, RO, electro-deionization (EDI), de-carbonator etc. NF/RO unit designed by using various-software of NF/RO membrane (ROSA, Toray, Hydranautics etc.) & Anti-scalant (Permacare, GE Argo Analyzer, Thermax, etc.).• Basic and detailed design/engineering works of wastewater treatment units like lift station, equalization tank, grit & grease removal, DAF, biological treatment (Anoxic/Anaerobic/Aerobic process: extended, conventional, carrousel, MLE, SBR and MBR, etc. ), secondary clarifier, gravity & pressure filters, activated carbon filters, disinfection (chlorination, UV etc.), sludge thickener, sludge dewatering & handling, odor control etc. • Preparation of process design and hydraulic calculation, P&ID, hydraulic profile, PFD, mass balance, valve schedule & instrument list, plant layout, site piping layout and civil guide drawing, control philosophy, operation & maintenance manual etc.• Preparation of technical submittal for electro-mechanical equipment.• To develop practical and effective project sequence schedule in coordination with project manager.• Coordination with client, consultant, subcontractor and vendor regarding the project activities.• Coordination with internal departments: sales, engineering, procurement, construction and finance for expediting the documents, material delivery and resolution of site queries.
