Current• Stakeholder Management:Identifying key stakeholders and maintaining their expectation throughout the project lifecycle.• Project Management:Handling complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure and ensuring timely delivery within budget.Ensuring all the clients requests are made on time by supplying them with temporary staff whenever they need.• Preparing business plans, budgets and reports:Preparing budget and close monitoring to ensure targets are met and costs are kept as low as possible.• Staff Training and Development:Manage employee training for all new recruits and offer continuous advice, guidance and mentorship on duties and best practices.Overseeing the hiring process to effectively recruit, train and retain employees.• Representing the company in negotiations with clients:Being the face of the company, attending meetings and negotiating with freelance security guards and clients in order to keep them happy and costs low for the company.• Developing and maintaining appropriate policies and procedures:Ensuring that the company and its employees are abiding all the legal health and safety practices, keeping everyone up-to-date about the rules and regulations provided by SIA and the UK government.
