Currently working as Manager - Internal Audit at Soorty Enterprises Limited where I look after the audits, their structure, reporting and execution as a whole at Group Level. I directly report to the Head of Internal Audit while also assisting him in matters pertaining to reporting to the stakeholders of Soorty Enterprises Limited.Previously, I have worked as a Deputy Manager Internal Audit at Lucky Cement Limited, where I carried the following:• Lead, plan, and perform financial and operational audits.• Execute audits and special investigations, compliance with policies and rules.• Assist in preparation of presentation and working papers for quarterly Board Audit Committee Meetings. • Supervise a team of qualified individuals and reports to Head of Audit.My nursery or foundation has been A.F.Ferguson & Co. (a member firm of PwC network).I have been involved in the Taxation and Legal Advisory Services (TLS) & Assurance (ASR) groups of A.F.Ferguson & Co.
