• Good knowledge of Odoo ERP System, Win box tools• Ticketing tools: ASP Tools, MSI tools, One support, extra view, Zendesk, ServiceNow, CRM.• Beam power, Avaya Ip phone, User management, Mails Exchange Servers • Configuration and monitoring of CCTV, IVMS, and BIOMETRIC systems.• Perform testing of security updates, component upgrades, and new architectures.• Address platform and service risks and issues• Consult, Install, configure, administer, and maintain platform components from desktop support & and network problem • Provide support for peripheral devices, for example, laptops, desktops, tablet, printers, faxes etc. • Ensure platform interoperability with supporting systems (Desktop support, security, storage, etc.)
