• Resolving different kind of network related problems for Customer links like MPLS, DLC, ILL, NPLC, PRI & SIP Products.• Rerouting and configuration in ECI, Huawei, Nokia, Alcatel NMS.• Working in Security Operation Center (24*7), monitoring of SOC events, detecting and preventing intrusion attempts• Proficient in managing the Network all over India through reactive and proactive monitoring. • Contacting provider to resolve network outages on customer’s behalf. • Experience with installing, troubleshooting and monitoring network equipment. • Analyzing network topologies and traffic and capacity requirements. Focused on Enterprise customer business and ensure immediate response and quick resolutions within SLA.

* Coordination with FE/customer like Verizon, TCL, BT, Bharathi etc. for circuit delivery during handover. * Work collaboratively across the Engineering department to resolve high level service disruptions. * Knowledge of Maintenance, Service, and Installation practices .* Node integration as per planning inputs received from TX planning team. * Configuration, integration & management of Network element (MUX) from Centralized network operation center. * Performing daily system monitoring, handling all kind of equipment related faults like card failure, synchronization & management related issues Identifying opportunities for improvement in Technology * Responsible for troubleshooting and incident resolution for support functions.

* Initiated continuous follow-ups for maintaining a proper database of NPLC/MPLS circuits.* Helping the NOC Shift Heads in continuous follow-up to resolve the problems during major issues. * Taking part in activities for the preparation of the DSR Report (includes the network availability vs network down Time of Cell sites, TX Media & SW performance). * Server build and installs, server upgrades, network equipment installation. * Maintaining hardware inventory and audits. * Analyzes network topologies and traffic and capacity requirements * Escalating the problems to concerned team and ensure the minimum restoration time, maintaining quality Trouble tickets and strict follow-up of SLA (Service Level Agreement). * Responsibility for alarm monitoring and alarm management for all network services within the scope of work delegated by work area responsible Engineer / shift Head / Field Engineer. * To coordinate with field engineers on solutions to troubleshoot and repair complex circuits, equipment configuration, optical link losses, hardware faults * Outage, commission and disconnection Report preparation & validation and Report circulation & analysis. * Working in a rotational shift (24 x 7). Interacting with clients & other service providers or vendors. * For network-related issues. Fault Analysis, Corrective and Preventive action to reduce fault rate and improve network availability.
