●Meet with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project schedule and progress.●Manage on-site support services as required Manage the process of communicating new software updates and releases to customers. ●Guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively.●Managing technical resources within budget and project schedule and resource management.●Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects. ●Estimating project budgets coordinate with the finance department for funds and plan for cost-effectively purchasing of equipment and hardware.●Take the project from conception through implementation, provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team, develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans, manage vendor and client relations to ensure project expectations are met, ensuring awareness of impacts to project scope, cost, quality, and schedule.●Make presentations on project status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management.●Good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures, and various compatibility requirements.●Understand complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques.●Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients and feedback with the clients about services and projects.●Implantation, setup, configuration and support a different kind of software (Restaurant management system, Restaurant Mobile Software, POS System, Account System, Retail System, Inventory System, Hotel System, Call Center System, Human Resource System, Head Office, and Branch System, ERP System).
