As head of merchandiser follow up all sort of merchanding tasks. this is a manufacturing unit for outerwear, seam sealing product.

• supervising all merchandising works like- development, costing, sampling, bulk production, shipment. . • immediate problem solving in respect of development, bulk production and shipment issues, giving strategical decision. • Sourcing alternative cloth in order to hit customer's target price and making price competitive.• Approving wash garments, cloth shades• working on companies growing .• capacity follow up of the company, and increase, decrease order placement for relevant production units.

• Sourcing factories and placing orders.• Checking samples before sending to customer.• Checking costing of factories to see accuracy of fabric consumption, CM, trims cost, wash cost etc.• Quoting cost to customers.• Attending Q.C meeting every morning to share running problems and solutions.• Approving bulk fabric, bulk shades.• Meeting factory people frequently to make sure orders run smoothly

• Booking Fabric, trims and accessories by team and ensure all correct.• Follow up approval of fabric, trims and accessories• Communicating with suppliers of fabric, trims and accessories until goods shipped or delivered. • Checking inventory report of fabric, trims and accessories to make sure if goods arrived physically in correct qty and correct quality • Doing cost of the garments and quote to the customers.• Updating final order figure in the group capacity charts.• Communicate with fabric team in order to make fabric inspection on time and discuss any quality issue of fabric. • Approving wash shades.• Making Critical path ( CP) and update customer weekly basis.• Monitoring all events of CP date to make happen on time• Follow up approval of fabric, trims and accessories with buying dept.

• Ensure Booking Fabric, trims and accessories properly and in time• Making and quoting costing to buyer• Follow up with production team, buyer concerns for all sort of issues• Decision maker incase of wash shade, wash approval, trims approval etc• Follow up for all commercial jobs with liaison with commercial dept• Follow up development and confirmed orders

• Booking Fabric, trims and accessories• Follow up with Suppliers of Fabric , trims and accessories up to in house. • Liaison with different production units for development, costing, bulk orders• Follow up for commercial activities like master L/C, B/B L/C, export and import docs.
