• Coordinating and conducting Workers Welfare meetings.• Addressing worker’s welfare issues both work related & personal • Involving and coordinating periodic Welfare Audits & inspections and timely closing out of observations if any.• Arranging camp as per Workers Welfare Standards requirements.• Overall in charge of Camp Accommodation, Administration, living conditions, Standards, Recreational Facilities of the camp.• Responsible for workers catering and Mess facilities & Food quality.• Responsible for maintenance of accommodation and its equipment including fittings and fixtures.• Responsible for allotment/vacation to all employees and execution of accommodation policies & procedures.• Oversee Housekeeping and maintain hygiene within camp premises.• Consolidate & recommend the request for cleaning consumables and get it approved from Administration department. • Ensuring timely pest control inside the camp in coordination with the pest control team.

• Assist Camp Manager in routine operations in terms of:- Maintaining documents related to Camp, Stores, Mess and Laundry. Monitoring staff’s strength (Check-in & Out) and status (Absent/Sick). Conduct periodic maintenance of the camp fittings & installations Disposal of sewage, delivery of sweet water, monitoring energy consumption. Arranging accommodation for new arrivals. To make ensure that the food cooked under hygienic condition. Supervise cleaning of toilets and surroundings. Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports. Capacity of the 03 CAMPS is as below: -Al Riffa Camp :1800 workers and staff of various NationalitiesCHALLENGER Camp :2500 workers of various NationalitiesISNAD Camp :2500 workers of various Nationalities.
