I was fairly confident that, based on my experience, I would find a job quickly as I left Kuwait and tried to locate a similar work in India. I worked remotely for the same project in Kuwait for the first eight months. I tried to find a full-time job while looking for new prospects, but it was not as easy as it seemed. I struggled a lot to meet employers' expectations. I applied for jobs for months, but they were all but closed. After that, I began devoting time to my father's company, and I now devote my entire working day to helping it develop and soar to new heights.

I was Working as Project Planning Engineer for US Army CORPS Engineering.Project name is Unaccompanied Officers Quarters.Here are some highlights of my work below;1. responsible for baseline schedule with resource and budget assigned.2. responsible to prepare monthly reports, i.e. 30 day look ahead, Primavera P6 reports of total float, early start activity, pred. & suc. I was Working as a Planning Engineer for KOC, and PART Projects, which are; Substations for new refinery project KOC/KNPC, Bunker & Gun Storage Area; KOC, Foot Bridge Constriction near Road 85; PART.My role as planning engineer in above Projects are as Below: - 1) Prepare Baseline Schedule with all detailed Activities from mobilization, Submittals, Procurement, Constructions & Close Out final Inspections in Primavera P6.2) Following up with technical engineers for submittals, Procurement team, and site engineers.3) Monitor project progress and notify Project Manager for delays in any stage of project if any.4) Prepare Daily Reports from P6. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports and Look ahead for the meetings to present the progress achievements and discuss concerns if any.5) Co Ordinate with Technical and Procurement Department for Approvals of Drawings and Materials to expedite the Engineering Work.6) Conduct Schedule Meetings with Site Engineers to Achieve the Project Completion Date without any obstacles.7) Prepare the Recovery Schedule by Managing Working hours/shifts and Increases the Resources to Reduce the Delays in the Project if any Shortfall.
