Current• Managing entire software life cycle from business analysis and define client needs to deliver them into production.• Help client to define their needs.• Coordinate with all relevant parties to insure the deliverable upon client needs.• Define project tasks and resources.• Track project deliverable.• Provide support and direction (technical and business) for team member.• Managing resources for projects.• Managing and developing IT department.• Coding, debugging and source code maintenance.• Provide estimation time for each task and prioritize tasks for team members.under my leadership we where able to create many website and systems for several types of clients (banking, telecommunication, ect), we manage to create our own letter of credit web based application and we are expand it to become corporate banking system.
