Mohammed has joined Department of Finance- Dubai Government to aide in the development of the mid to long-term Government Public Planning and Budgeting modernization reforms and transformation to performance based budgeting. Working together with internal and external stakeholders, these reforms stresses the importance of a strengthened macro-economic and fiscal planning and budgeting functions within Department of Finance to enable the leadership to transform Dubai Government to the improved and integrated Public Finance Management (PFM) framework. The objective of these reforms are to better manage macro-economic challenges, instill fiscal discipline within the government and better manage government resources.
