I am a part of stunning HR team at IFAD AUTOS LIMITED having experience on Payroll, KPI, HRIS system, ISO documentation and certification, Health and safety, HR budget, Training and development.I have been working in the automobile sector for a couple of years, gained a lots of experiences and still continuing; I would like to explore my knowledge and implement in practical field.We have reduced 40% extra bill payment to the employee than last year which made us feel amazing and also reduced overall cost by 2.5%.
