1. Design and Implement new machine parts to improve their work.2. Do the qualification phases (IQ, OQ and PQ) for new machines installed in factories, and write the reports needed.3. Prequalify machines that have major part maintenance.4. Do Validation tests periodically for machines and write validation reports.5. Write Protocols and SOP’s needed to for risk assessment, operate, clean, maintain and qualify machines and equipment’s.6. Calibrate gauges, balances, timers and temperature sensors as scheduled, and write their certificates.7. Maintain laboratory equipment’s, HPLC’s, GC, Spectrophotometers, TOC … etc.8. Maintain some machines, and follow up their work.9. Monitor quality in the factories and take the GEP required to solve any problem.10. Attend auditing meetings.
