Key Responsibilities:Project Management:• Planned, designed and delivered all plant and machinery, resources required in setting up the new precast factory in Saudi Arabia. • Coordinated with the client on all aspects of execution and completion of the project and kept senior management Informed accordingly. Plant Management:• Was responsible for the entire factory operations from receipt of materials to delivery of finished goods as per plan and targets. • Was responsible for overall management and direction of all daily factory operations and logistics as per daily plan and targets. • Developed and finalized budget for production and all other activities of the factory and monitor actual expenses to ensure that the budget was not exceeded. • Ensured achievement of maximum productivity as per targets of key performance indicators set by maximizing production and increasing resource utilization. • Carried out detailed root cause analysis of customer complaints related to precast products, implemented corrective actions and closed the complaints. • Coordinated with sales to respond to queries on product availability and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements. Operations: • Finalized weekly/monthly production plans and weekly/monthly delivery schedules in consultation with the concerned team members. • Laid down and implementation of all technical specifications relating to production, moulds and associated mechanical, electrical works. • Discussed and finalized weekly schedules for the staff for production, maintenance and the other site activities, along with the concerned team members. • Implemented quality assurance and quality control procedures and ensured maintenance of accurate records as per ISO procedures. • Implemented and followed up preventive maintenance programs for maintenance of all plant, machinery, factory vehicles, and assets including calibration of all testing equipment.
