As a design and manufacturing instructor, I am committed to helping students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed in the field of mechanical engineering. My teaching approach emphasizes hands-on experience and practical projects that deepen students' understanding of theoretical concepts. Through my courses, students learn to apply design principles, use manufacturing techniques, and evaluate static and mechanical principles to create innovative solutions.

-Develop robust designs for new, special, or existing products that can be produced economically and according to established project timelines-Knowledge of manufacturing methodologies (forgings, castings, machining) of large components-Prepare using 2D and 3D CAD software mechanical drawings, thermodynamic analysis, detailed drawings and assembly models complete with calculated dimensions and tolerances.

-Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to potential clients. -Meet with customers and engineers. -Assess equipment needs and determine system requirements. -Offer sales support. -Confer with sales teams to understand client requirements. -Secure and renew product orders, and arrange delivery. -Recommend equipment upgrades to customers. -Explain to customers how improvements will reduce costs or increase production. -Set up and measure KPIs. -Regularly review sales process improvements. -Assist in researching and developing new products.

-Assist clients, business lines and fintech's to improve all ideas through co-creation and technology innovation-Work in collaboration with the Innovation Analyst to keep the Innovation Manager informed, organized and effective-Performing data analysis and leveraging outputs to make value-add decisions- Frequently perform extensive research and development around new technologies and their application

-Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.-Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
