• Responsible of the receiving department supervisors, officers and labors.• Review, on a regular basis, carrier services levels, and productivity, for management review.• Documents operations, planning, and logistics activities accurately and appropriately, and according to established formats.• Provide and update the department reports.• Member of the tender committee and responsible for the results of examination and evaluation of samples.• Manage and oversee the shipments of the department.• Setting and defining standard specifications for the materials approved by the company tender committee.• Responsible for the PUTAWAY process on ERP system.• Ensure that quality, hygienic and safety standards for the receiving area are set and used effectively.• Follow up all store sections activities and replenishments (Dry Food, Frozen, Fruits and Vegetables, Uniforms, General Materials, Chemical Materials, and Maintenance/equipment stores).• Control all the storage condition inside the stores according to GMPs.• Control the materials transactions between the store's sections.• Supervise and follow up the maintenance, cleaning and organizing of the receiving Dept.• Follow up on the destruction of materials rejected by the quality Dept.• Ensure warehousing productivity is according to the required levels and expectations of the organization.• Ensure timely, accurate and secure shipping and distribution.• Responsible for providing the supply chain needs/requirements.• Supervise expired materials that are to be destructed or returning to suppliers.• Supervise the employee training courses and suggest needed ones.• Receive the materials and compare it with the Purchase Order and the packing list (order Confirmation) then check its identity, general condition and the storage area.

- Organize the storage and distribution of goods.- Insure the right products are delivered to the right locations on time and at a good cost.- Involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.- Co-ordinate suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.- Keep track of stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and performance evaluation.- Organizing the stocks in the warehouse and other stores (Amman-Irbid-Aqaba).-Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage ofgoods.-Lasing and negotiating with customers and suppliers.-Developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producingnew solutions.-Planning projects.-Working on new supply strategies.

- Monitoring all station’s staff.- Problem solving.- Making sure customer’s are served well.- Maintaining fuel and merchandise inventories.- Reporting fuel transactions and merchandise purchases.- Many other managerial tasks.
