Nobaharan Shimi Sepahan is one of the top fertilizer manufacturers in Iran and its supply chain has a specialized process. I am responsible for sourcing, qualifying, contracts, importing, bank processes, customs, and regulations. Importing fertilizers to Iran has very hard regulations so when I accepted this role tried to coordinate and get the licences. Sourcing is the other important process due to the consumed raw materials are strongly related to our food quality which made me intensive alot about my responsibilities.

Keeping up a business in this digital era is about life and death. I try to coordinate with my teams about the projects reporting to the stakeholders and making sure their investments are making changes. My main responsibility is to make sure that all have the necessary technology to do their tasks effectively. My role contains a wide range of such as networks and servers, internet and websites, computers and phones, digital marketing platforms, digital assets, etc.

MTS is an import and export company in Iran and we have a branch company in China with an active office in Hangzhou City as well. Our main focus is on supplying raw materials for manufacturers and producers.We are experts in chemicals and fertilizers and also we have top quality producers in China, so we can import any product you demand.Also, we export different goods in the food industry to GCC and China.

Due to covid was spreading, My friend, Saied Es-haghi (ٍEnglish Teacher & Language Specialist) and I launched our new startup, an online language school. We focused on both online and offline courses, that we provided on our platform.

Amn Afzar Sepahan is an official distributor of the Emsisoft brand, and I am a retail partner for enterprise, home, and mobile security products. Our main customers were small businesses to improve their security due to ransomware, malware, and viruses.

I translated their products' information and catalog data into the English Language. Also, the company was contacting international companies to find resellers and partners to export their products. I was in charge of all communications and contacts.
