Co-ordinate, monitor and perform all ground systems equipment maintenance and operations at Baqa Satellite Earth Station which is a teleport consisting of three gateways (two are standard A earth stations working with INTELSAT and one is standard B earth station working with ARABSAT) and one telemetry earth station which was working with PanAmSat. Assist Sales and Marketing/Business Development departments in the development of new value added services (including technical specification, costing and implementation) Manage and coordinate all existing project support requirements for Baqa Satellite Earth Station, and prepare required reports. Perform anomaly / fault investigation and produce appropriate documentation / technical reports as directed. Develop new testing procedures and suggest procedure enhancement to increase operating efficiency. Participate in the procuring, commissioning and testing of new earth station. Also is part of new equipment selection committee/team. Development teleport facilities to ensure proper installation and commissioning of the following subsystems Antenna, HPA, Baseband equipments, Satellite monitoring systems Provide suggestion and recommendation to improve systems or subsystems performance Conducting training for new employee or as a refreshment course. Perform activities related to new ground system procurement for the facilities
