Involved in Tetra ISS GSR system implementation

• Installation of BTS & MW• Pre-ATP of sites• Provide DT Support.• Commercially launch the sites with no service effecting alarms• Sites Survey.• Make sure delivery of equipment on sites before start of swap activity.• Timely escalate access issue if exists.• Check Pre & Post alarms of sites.• Get backup of TI equipment.• Installation & Commissioning of new BTS.• Cutover the site.• ATP with zero snag.• Make RN of dismantled equipment• Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR).• Installation & Commissioning of MW link.• Link alignment within required RSL.• Cutover• PAT

To provide Radio In-Building Network Planning Engineering Service to customers in 2G GSM / 3G W-CDMA implementation & assuring customer satisfaction with, but not limited to, the following work details:• Preparing Distributed Antenna System (DAS) Plan & Design for GSM/WCDMA Network, link & power budget calculation & Bill of Quantity arrangement• Active (LGC) / Passive DAS designs for large scale buildings• IBS (In Building Solution) Active and Passive sites Implementation and acceptance• Nokia Ultra BTS/NODE B , Node B(3812) & Microwave Radio/Transmission Implementation• Power One system (rectifier) Installation• Site Acquisition, Validation 2G/3G (Greenfield, Rooftop and IBS)• Sites Quality and Standards Assurance• Site’s documentation (TSSR/FSSR) and BOQ preparation• VSWR Testing (RF Cables)• Technical Teams management• Acceptance visits with vendor / Operator representatives. • Co-ordination with Project manager and Client

• Nokia Ultra Site BTS (2G) Configuration and Troubleshooting• Nokia Microwave Radio Link Commissioning and Integration• Expansion of network (installation of DCS 1800)• Media clearance for O&M link from BSC/Hub site to end sites• Patching on exchange terminals, making cross connections on each hop• Capacity up gradation for RRI cards on hub sites• Power one rectifier installation, alarm patching and testing• Acceptance visits with vendor / Operator representatives• Co-ordination with Project Manager• Trouble shooting for quality alarms• VSWR Testing (RF Cables)
