‏-Contributing to the development and update of the strategy ,and its cascading to various departments through evaluations, necessary studies, and coordination with all stakeholders.‏-Working closely with all departments to facilitate implementation, publication of the strategy, and related decisions related to the strategic plan.‏-Develop various reports of strategy performance.‏-Evaluate and analyze the results of achievement، and recommend appropriate corrective actions.‏-Supervision over the development of initiatives, including their scope of work and performance indicators.‏-Contribution in the coordination in a periodical manner with the owners of the objectives, review the progress of the achievement, and recommend the necessary updates, either for the scope of the initiative or its timetable.‏-Supervision over the design of balanced scorecards to ensure proper strategic performance measurement.
