Current--- MIS Services ---* Responsible for deployment of 4M technology's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in the Head office.* Responsible for the design and deployment of department-wise SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) for ERP Users.* Responsible for providing solutions for hardware and software as per company requirements.* Responsible for supervising and controlling data implementation with security management in MMS.* Responsible for supervising the design backup procedures of databases and official records and documentation.* Responsible for providing ERP operational support to all departments/uses.* Responsible for the design and development of the company’s website and providing regular maintenance.* Responsible for deployment and implementation of systems setup for networks and user machines. * Responsible for running Social Media Cell.--- Security Services ---* Responsible for the design and implementation of Biometric attendance machine and access control systems.* Responsible for the design and Installation CCTV camera security systems.* Responsible for the implementation of network security and user devices and firewalls.* Responsible for Backups and recovery systems.* Responsible for Network security services.--- Network Services ---* Responsible for the design and Installation of Windows servers and workstations.* Responsible for providing Server Administration, Email, and firewall management services.* Responsible for Router, switch configurations IP, IPX Ethernet, and Serial interfaces.* Responsible for defining Network traffic restrictions and monitoring remote access.* Responsible for creating, and managing Local policies, intranet security, Bandwidth, Antivirus, and Internet Access.--- HR Services ---* Also responsible for, Recruitment, Onboarding and offboarding, Employee performance, Reward programs, Employee relations, Payroll, Compliance, Benefits, Training and development, and Discipline.
