In 2021, the strategy of moving towards a data-driven organization was put on the agenda of its senior managers, and in this regard, I was responsible for promoting it. The main logic in moving towards this goal was the logic of capability-based planning and the development of three different products for the group. The 12 identified capabilities for Norma Group were classified into three levels: Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Analysis, and the three products were defined.

After completing my doctoral degree, I was invited by the School of Management and Accounting at Allameh Tabataba'i University to teach. I delivered various courses in both undergraduate and graduate programs. In the undergraduate program, I taught courses such as Social Research Methods and Operations Management, and in the graduate program, I taught courses such as Technology Assessment and Technology Transfer.

In 2020, the senior managers of Parsian Bank decided to develop a roadmap for the digital transformation of the bank, as one of the leading private banks in Iran. To this end, a team was formed to work on 6 different Work Streams, and I was responsible for the Data and Analytics Work Stream. This project was essentially an organizational transformation project, aiming to provide a roadmap for the digital transformation of Parsian Bank by accurately assessing its current status and depicting its desired state. Therefore, three main deliverables were provided in this project: the current status of digital capabilities, the desired state of digital capabilities, and the transformation roadmap.

Based on organizational pathology conducted by myself at System Group, it was determined that only about 25% of sales leads for Business Intelligence projects resulted in actual sales. This was not due to software product issues, but rather due to the lack of a complete product and service portfolio. Therefore, a service called "Pre-BI" was introduced, which essentially improved the organizational performance measurement system before implementing Business Intelligence solutions. All the specifications related to service description, deliverables, and methodology for performing the work were developed and designed by myself, and significant projects were completed in companies such as GoldIran Industries. Consequently, this service was added as a business line to the group's services, including an annual sales budget. I was responsible for all management issues related to this business line.

The School of Management and Economics at Sharif University of Technology intended to establish several specialized research centers in 2015, one of which had the mission of focusing on complex products and technologies and their effective implementation in organizations. Therefore, I joined this institution as a senior researcher and played a role in establishing the CRITIMIX Research Center.

SURENA was engaged in the construction and operation of power plants, and I joined the company as a senior technology strategy specialist. My main mission at the company was to formulate a technology strategy document based on the overarching business strategies and develop a comprehensive roadmap for its implementation. During this period, the technology tree of power plants was identified, and the attractiveness and capabilities of our technologies were examined for each case, practically enabling us to have development strategies for key power plant technologies. In this regard, various benchmarking studies were also conducted regarding power plants in different countries around the world.

Senior managers at Saman Bank intended to launch an e-commerce platform called "BAZIRAN", inspired by eBay, in Iran. I joined this team as a business planning specialist and was responsible for tasks related to business development and business analysis. After the team was fully formed, I practically took charge of managing and advancing internal team matters.

After completing my internship, my professional activity at System Group began as an industrial systems implementation specialist. During those years, System Group added industrial modules to its product portfolio. Modules such as production planning, maintenance planning, quality control, and materials management were among them. Therefore, after obtaining the relevant certifications, I started my activities and, along with a team of experts, implemented these systems in various industries such as cement, automotive parts, and pharmaceuticals.

As a graduate in Industrial Engineering at the bachelor's level, I was highly interested in management systems. This led me to complete my internship at the National Iranian Oil Company and collaborate with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) deputy. During those years, the HSE-MS was introduced as an integrated management system, and subsidiaries of the National Iranian Oil Company endeavored to understand its requirements and implement relevant standards within their organizations. As a result, a scientific promotional journal named "HSE RAHBORD" was established, in which I actively participated as an intern.
