While working at Xertcoin, my main focus was to transform an invested idea into a practical and user-friendly product. I began by working on the initial design stages, considering smart contracts, blockchain technology, and the project's business objectives. Then, I concentrated on structuring files and developing a design system. Additionally, I took up the responsibility of facilitating efficient collaboration between the design and technical teams, making the process agile.

As a design leader, I am responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from ideation to launching user-friendly products. I begin by conducting extensive research into customer needs and behaviors, aligning them with business objectives to define user flows and create wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and interaction designs of the highest quality and effectiveness. My skills in copywriting, UX writing, and design insight come in handy in crafting designs that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.I understand that the design process is ongoing and doesn't end with the launch of the product. Therefore, I conduct frequent usability tests at every stage of the project, refining the product to the highest standards. I leverage qualitative and quantitative data collected through feedback, surveys, user interviews, and testing sessions to understand user behaviors and preferences, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.Identifying and recruiting exceptional team members and placing them in the right positions for maximum effectiveness is one of my strengths. I build strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including product managers and data analysts, to ensure that the product is always in its best condition.Working closely with front-end engineering and Business teams, I develop designs that meet the highest quality standards for users. My passion for design drives me to explore new ideas and ways of improving the status quo. My creative problem-solving skills enable me to tackle any challenge with ease, delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations every time.

The Enoyrn team consisted of nearly twenty members from various countries, each of whom was an expert in their respective fields. They worked remotely and completed numerous projects. After designing, developing, supporting, and building their related team, they handed over all documents and experiences to the customer side to become autonomous in their projects.Initially, I joined the team as a Product Designer for the contract project. Later, the team decided to promote me to a designer and product developer role simultaneously. I then led the design processes for web design and app forms, starting from ideation to launch. I ensured that all designs met customer needs and business goals in each market that the team had been demanding.I faced various challenges while working with the Enoyrn team, designing different products for different markets. This diversity of projects, combined with working with a professional team, helped me acquire deep knowledge of product design and its related technology and trends.
