• Design (Oracle) SQL queries & R codes to collect, analyze, maintain, and report on statistical institutional data. • Conduct statistical research studies focusing on key areas such as student recruitment, enrollment, retention, graduation, admissions, financial aid, student success, and more. • Develop graphs, data tables, and dashboards for displaying and communicating data and trends using Tableau. • Assist with design and maintenance of IR databases by reviewing and constructing data sets, decision trees, and other data analytical methods; Loads, extracts, edits, and evaluates data for reporting and analytics. • Troubleshoot data integrity using Excel and Access to produce the appropriate data need and their visualization. • Maintain and update data files from various sources (Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle, and other database systems) to collect/provide clean and accurate data sets and reports. • Cooperate with design, production, and administration of survey instruments and responses to periodic external surveys to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Design SQL queries, views, and stored procedures (Microsoft SQL Server) to support data integration needs and to build new reports and dashboards based on user requirements. • Serve as an expert resource in the functionality and capabilities of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. • Troubleshoot reporting problems by identifying, coordinating, and helping resolve issues.• Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reports to enhance and improve their use.• Collaborate with technical and operational team members to identify and solve data quality issues.• Contribute to the development of business intelligence and data warehousing capabilities.

• Clean & transform more than 150,000 records of raw data into structured data in Excel for statistical analysis• Analyze & visualize structured data by statistical methods & techniques in Excel & R to find insights• Contribute to write detailed reports with findings & proposals towards the goal of sustainable NY State.

• Coordinate with faculty members to record weekly instructions for undergraduate courses. • Create multimedia contents (YouTube videos, web resources) as online resources for students. • Respond emails, make announcements, hold office hours, and grade students on Blackboard.

• Analyze student data in Google Sheets & Excel to track registration, graduation, & transfer rates. • Assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, & evaluation of the mentoring Program.• Host and operate online workshop, virtual mentoring sessions, & online chat console.

• Manage & evaluate Excel progress reports by reviewing assignments to help form final grades. • Partner with faculty to instruct 4 FYS & capstone courses weekly for nearly 100 students/semester.• Facilitate weekly assignment instructions using CUNY tech systems to help develop portfolio.
