Namely Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC), Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), EQUATE Petrochemical Company (EQUATE), Ministry of Electricity (MEW) etc.JOB PROFILE:-• Fully responsible to source and procure required Raw-materials, Products & semi-finishedproducts, tools, equipment and machinery for production.• Coordinate with all concerned departments for ensuring product technical specifications, approvals, certifications, quality of products for sourcing and procuring.• Responsible to evaluate, increase new sources, qualified vendors & suitable suppliers for organization’s requirements.• Responsible to qualify selective suitable vendors & suppliers, analyze performance periodically as per company’s requirements for management.• Responsible to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of consignments from all vendors & suppliers.• Coordinate with centralized logistics department to ensure timely release of goods by customs to facilitate warehouse, production & customers.• Analyse, Prepare reports for costs and market conditions.• Create RFQ , offers comparison report and create the purchase order using Oracle11g ERP• Prepare weekly report for status of issued POs to suppliers & frequent Stock checking using ERP.• Create Goods receipt and material rejection report using ERP• Responsible for getting customs duty exemption from Public Authority for Industry to save the customs charges.• Responsible for getting approval from Public Authority for Industry for different type of machinery purchased from overseas.
