• Filling and editing the Job Vacancy announcement and publishing it to employment websites ( Akhtaboot, Bayt).• Sorting the CVs received for a vacancy according to the criteria defined.• Supporting the HR Team in elaborating the “long list” (selection of candidates corresponding to criteria) and the "short list" by the leads and the supervision of the head manager.• Organizing the tests after getting the validated shortlist, contacting and inviting the candidates for tests and organizing room, laptop/papers and pens.• Arranging interviews by contacting candidates in a timely manner.• Scoring the short-listed candidates (HR Matrix) by the supervision of the HR Officer.• Preparing recruitment administrative documents and ensures their compliance with HI HR policies.

• Conducting purchase papers and unload, sort, stock, and package merchandise and orders.• Making replenishment orders weekly.• Coordinating with suppliers and social media platforms.• Design small projects to raise the profit.• Being the Star Performer of the shop.

• Calculating overtime, attendance and leaves.• Making Interviews and sorting CVs.• Reviewing Succession and Development Plans.• Reviewing and providing advice in writing Job Descriptions.• Designing the material of orientations and presenting it.• Arranging employee's files and making reports.• Preparing all the new staff documents wither were contracts.• Updating and following up the staff contracts.• Preparing social security declarations for social security department.• Ensuring health care coverage and monitor the provided service, and do follow ups with Health Insurance company.
